Our Mission

At Recruit Behavioral Health, our mission is to bridge the gap between exceptional
talent and the organizations dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with
behavioral health needs. We connect compassionate, credentialed professionals with
teams that share their commitment to care, growth, and evidence-based outcomes.

Our Story

Recruit Behavioral Health was born out of a shared passion for two worlds: behavioral health and recruiting. Siblings Chad and Taylor Pearce, both experts in their respective fields, founded the company in 2021 after years of conversation about their overlapping experiences.

Their “aha” moment came when they realized how powerfully their expertise could complement each other: Taylor’s deep clinical knowledge and Chad’s proven recruiting leadership could create something rare — a high-touch recruiting agency built on genuine understanding of both people and process.

Since its inception, Recruit Behavioral Health has formed lasting partnerships with clinics and healthcare organizations nationwide, helping them attract, hire, and retain the very best professionals in the field.

Our Founders

Chad Pearce

Managing Partner

Chad Pearce is the Managing Partner of Recruit Behavioral Health, where he leads operations, strategy, and business development with a hands-on, relationship-driven approach.

Before founding Recruit Behavioral Health, Chad spent two decades in the United States Air Force, rising to the elite rank of Chief Master Sergeant — a distinction earned by less than one percent of enlisted members. His military career instilled a deep understanding of leadership, team building, and mission execution, all of which now shape the culture and performance of Recruit Behavioral Health.

After retiring from the Air Force, Chad and his sister Taylor launched Recruit ABA, a boutique niche recruiting firm focused recruiting specifically within the Applied Behavioral Analysis sector. Building on that success, he again partnered with his sister, Board Certified Behavior Analyst Taylor Pearce, to create a sister company in Recruit Behavioral Health, covering the full spectrum of talent acquisition for the behavioral health continuum, uniting clinicians, care teams, and organizations nationwide.

Today, Chad is recognized for his ability to help behavioral health organizations streamline their hiring processes, improve efficiency, and build long-term staffing strategies. His leadership philosophy is simple: high integrity, clear communication, and
measurable results.

Taylor Pearce

Managing Partner

Taylor leads business development and provides clinical insight to guide recruiting strategies. A Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2012, she has over 20 years of experience across special education, supported living services, and Applied Behavior Analysis.
She has served as a direct service provider, consultant, parent trainer, and director for an ABA agency, overseeing recruitment, supervision, and program quality. Taylor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Child and Adolescent Development and a Master’s degree in Human Behavior, blending clinical excellence with operational expertise.
